i’m going out of town. can i pause my subscription?
Currently our e-commerce platform does not support pausing subscriptions. If you are going out of town, please contact us and let us know the dates you will be gone so we do not make delivery. It’s never too early to let us know! By notifying us ahead of time, you will still be charged the weekly subscription but we can immediately refund the payment for the week you are skipping and we won’t make a delivery. If you do not let us know before you are going out of town and we make a delivery, you will still be responsible for the charges.
To skip, please ensure you notify us by the Wednesday ahead of the weekend deliveries.
can i update my payment method?
Customers can manage their payment information from their Customer Account. To update payment information, click Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.

my child had a big poop. is this normal?
It is very natural for you to notice a difference in your child’s excretions whenever you begin a new diet. As always, please consult your pediatrician for any dietary concerns. It is normal for excretions to increase when you are eating more wholesome, fibrous meals. However, feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have.
